I have over 20 years’ experience in the financial planning industry as a Planner, Manager and Educator. I have received recognition from Money Management magazine as Business Development Manager of the year for 2017. In addition to my role at AMP I conducts specialist lectures in wealth management at Deakin University and I am a contributing author and subject expert for the FPA’s CFP2 program. I am engaged by Integrity Education through my business, DM Services – Bartolomeo Family Trust, and this ensures I am bringing contemporary knowledge and skills into my teaching practice.

I have more than 30 years extensive professional practice experience in the finance and financial planning industry and currently run a successful niche financial planning business. Cheryl Winn

With an extensive career within the mortgage broker industry, including as a Business Development Manager within financial institutions and the last 9 years as a mortgage broker and mentor, I strongly believe education and on-going support are the keys for establishing a successful mortgage business.

As a current owner and operator of a mortgage broking business I am knowledgeable about the current obligations and requirements necessary to operate as a mortgage broker.  My background in credit assessment allows me to help you to unravel what is risk assessment and identify how lenders assess risk.  By being a trainer and assessor I cannot only help new to industry get started, but hopefully ensure the next generation of mortgage brokers strive to continually improve our industry and raise the bar high for best customer service.
