Students are provided with a structured outline of the required pre-reading for each workshop day. The workshop program is a facilitated environment to help students understand and clarify the concepts covered on the day.  Access to industry experienced Facilitators is crucial in gaining a more in-depth level of knowledge and appreciation of the content, and the workshop days 'deepen' the learning outcomes for the student.  The workshop program is not indicative of how long it takes to complete a qualification and the time taken to complete a qualification / course is dependent on an individual student's professional experience, educational background, and personal competencies.

PLEASE NOTE: It is a requirement that all students complete the pre-reading prior to each workshop. Students are fully supported in between workshop days through phone, email and online access to Assessors to ensure learning occurs across the continuum of their studies.  Workshop days are merely one component of the student's overall learning program.Face-to-face workshops are conducted in a facilitated environment.  The Facilitators are experienced Real Estate Professionals who have years of practical experience.  These workshop sessions provide a structured and engaging format to learn and understand concepts. The workshops also provide a great opportunity to network with other students and people in the industry.
